Biography
My name is Kerry Sweetingham and I am a Marlow based artist primarily working in Acrylic paints on canvas creating Abstract Art designs to compliment the decor in your home. My background is in Photography so composition comes naturally to me.
My current collection of work incorporates my commissions and some personal work which is all for sale, along with some accessories such as bags, scarves and cushions using some of these original designs.

Artist Statement
Challenging myself I continuously use different mediums to see what effects I can achieve and how i can use them as an Artist.
Inspired by colours and interiors, emotions and experience, my pieces are notable for their loose strokes and layering of paints that cannot be recreated more then once.
Chance plays an important role in my work, and but the resultant colour choices are often muted, subtle and reminiscent of the mid century modern aesthetic.
